Welcome to Bright N' Shine Pet Dental. We provide mobile, non-anesthetic cosmetic dental cleaning services for cats and dogs. By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions

Our services include non-anesthetic dental cleanings performed by trained professionals. We do not use sedation or anesthesia; instead, we employ gentle, proprietary restraint techniques to ensure your pet's comfort and safety.
3. Eligibility and Pet Behavior
Services are available for cats and dogs that are in good health and can tolerate gentle restraint. If your pet exhibits aggressive behavior or excessive anxiety, we reserve the right to decline or terminate the service for safety reasons.
4. Pricing
Our pricing is as follows:
Cats:
(All Sizes): $215
Dogs:
- Small (up to 30 lbs): $185
- Medium (31-70 lbs): $215
- Large (71-100 lbs): $255
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Payment Terms
Principal form of payment: Credit or Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
Payment is due at the time of service.
Note: Zelle or Cash are only accepted in special cases at management's discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet, Bright N' Shine Pet Dental shall not be held liable for any unforeseen injuries or health issues that may arise during or after the service.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their pet's health and behavior.
- Ensuring their pet is clean and free of parasites at the time of service.
- Being present during the service, if required.

12. Pre-Appointment Requirements
Please do not feed your pet for at least two (2) hours prior to the appointment.
If your pet has any health conditions or behavioral concerns (e.g., biting, reactivity, anxiety), it is essential that you inform us in advance so the technician can be properly prepared.
13. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Each customer is allowed one (1) complimentary reschedule.
Any additional reschedules or cancellations will incur a fee, billed via invoice.
Cancellations made within 24hours prior to the day of the appointment will result in a $100 late cancellation fee
14. Health Disclosure and Liability Waiver
Bright N' Shine Pet Dental is not a veterinary practice and does not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to disclose all relevant health information prior to the appointment.
We are not liable for any illness, injury, or death resulting from pre-existing, undiagnosed, or undisclosed medical conditions, including those not visibly apparent during our non-anesthetic cleaning service. By accepting our services, the client acknowledges and agrees that Bright N' Shine Pet Dental shall be held harmless for any adverse outcomes that may occur due to the pet's medical history, underlying conditions, or lack of accurate information provided by the owner.
